Brad regularly provides legal advice to numerous segments of the agribusiness sector, from food, seed and chemical manufacturers, to retailers to farmers. In this regard, he assists agribusiness clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations as well as their day-to-day commercial legal needs (including drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of commercial contracts). He also assists agricultural clients with regulatory compliance matters, including under the Competition Act and the Food and Drugs Act.
Brad also has extensive experience assisting strategic and financial acquirers and sellers with both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. In respect of his cross border M&A experience, he has advised on transactions throughout the world, including North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australasia.
