Laura advises on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, including M&A, reorganizations and debt finance (borrower and lender side) in the energy and natural resources sector.
Laura has experience across the energy value chain, covering upstream, midstream and downstream oil & gas (including drafting and negotiating production sharing contracts (PSCs), joint operating agreements (JOAs), oil storage agreements, farm ins/outs and offtake contracts), power and renewables, both domestically and across Africa.
Prior to commencing her training contract at Fasken, Laura worked in legal/risk roles for RBS and Europe Arab Bank.
